1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 385win ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 385win online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions and payment services available at 385win.pro.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 385win, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser or method used to access it.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 385win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change.

• Your account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials — username, password and OTP codes.
• Do not use easily guessable passwords. 385win recommends a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the 385win support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

385win reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC, passport or proof of payment method — at any stage. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 385win are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion fees charged by 385win. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, and debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within two minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• 385win does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may have their own fee structure — please check with them separately.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a specified PKR threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals that cannot be matched to a verified payment method may be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

385win offers a range of bonuses and promotions including but not limited to: Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback Promotions, and special event promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) season, T20 internationals and other sporting events.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 385win contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Slots, Fish Games and other categories may have different contribution percentages. These are specified on the promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit in PKR to be activated. This amount is stated on the promotion card.

385win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

385win is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Live Casino table games.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, display glitches or pricing errors in any game or promotional mechanism. Any winnings generated through known errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify or interfere with the 385win platform, its servers or any game software.
• Using VPN, proxy servers or other methods to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment or offensive conduct in any interactive feature of the platform.
• Money laundering, using the platform to process funds from illegal sources, or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.

385win operates automated monitoring systems that analyse betting patterns, session data, and payment activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are subject to review. If a review confirms a breach of these fair play rules, 385win may suspend the account, void relevant bets, reverse credited winnings, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

385win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of the games.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Failing to complete identity verification when requested.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or wagering requirement manipulation.
• Confirmed cheating, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with 385win support.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.

Where an account is closed for a legitimate reason unrelated to a breach of Terms (for example, at the player's own request or due to a voluntary self-exclusion), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification is completed. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds are not eligible for withdrawal in such cases.

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting the 385win support team. Closure requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe and a confirmation will be provided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 385win platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 385win or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any part of the platform content without written permission.
• Using 385win branding or trademarks in any way that could cause confusion or imply an official affiliation.
• Scraping, data-mining or automated extraction of any information from the platform.
